This thrilling winter journey will reveal a different side of Kyrgyzstan: while you won’t find flower carpets or colorful butterflies, you’ll experience the crystal-clear blue sky, radiant sunshine, and the sparkling white snow that fills the landscape.

 

7-Day Tour: Bishkek – Chunkurchak – Kemin – Skazka Canyon – Karakol – Bishkek

 
 
Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
  • Arrival in Bishkek.
  • Transfer to the hotel.
  • Check-in and free time for rest.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant with traditional Kyrgyz cuisine.

Overnight: Hotel in Bishkek.

Day 2: Bishkek – Chunkurchak Ski Resort – Kemin
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Morning transfer to Chunkurchak Ski Resort (45 km from the city, approximately 1 hour drive).
  • Skiing or snowboarding, suitable for beginners (warm-up for upcoming activities).
  • Lunch at the resort.
  • Afternoon transfer to Kemin (about 2 hours drive).
  • Check-in at a hotel or a cozy guesthouse.

Overnight: Guesthouse in Kemin.

Day 3: Kemin – Skazka Canyon – Yurt Show & Eagle Show – Karakol
  • Early breakfast.
  • Departure towards Karakol, with stops along the way:
    • Visit to Skazka Canyon, a unique natural site with red clay formations. A short walk and photo session.
    • Yurt Show: Demonstration of traditional yurt assembly and insights into nomadic culture.
    • Eagle Show: Introduction to the ancient art of hunting with golden eagles, including a live performance and photo opportunities.
  • Lunch (picnic or roadside café).
  • Evening arrival in Karakol and hotel check-in.

Overnight: Hotel in Karakol.

Day 4: Karakol Ski Resort – Hot Springs
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transfer to Karakol Ski Resort.
  • Full day of skiing or snowboarding on trails for all skill levels.
  • Lunch at the resort.
  • Evening trip to hot springs for relaxation in natural thermal waters.
  • Return to the hotel.

Overnight: Hotel in Karakol.

Day 5: Karakol Ski Resort – Dinner by the Fire
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Second day at Karakol Ski Resort – enjoy the slopes and improve your skills.
  • Lunch at the resort.
  • Evening dinner by the fire on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul – a cozy and atmospheric experience.
  • Return to the hotel.

Overnight: Hotel in Karakol.

Day 6: Karakol Ski Resort
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Third day at Karakol Ski Resort.
  • Free time for skiing, snowboarding, or exploring the area.
  • Evening return to the hotel.

Overnight: Hotel in Karakol.

Day 7: Karakol – Bishkek
  • Breakfast.
  • Transfer back to Bishkek.
  • Stops along the way for photos and rest.
  • Lunch at a roadside café.
  • Evening arrival in Bishkek.
